Get my priceWhy does the first visit start with a deep clean?
The first visit resets the home so recurring visits can maintain a consistent standard. It is priced from the public first-clean range for your home size, about 1.3 to 1.6 times the biweekly visit price. We confirm the final amount before the first clean.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most recurring clients give us entry instructions. The cleaner locks up when finished and the team can text you when the visit is complete.
When am I charged?
You are not charged until the cleaning is done. Your card is charged after the visit is complete, not when you book.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring the standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your visit. Tell us ahead of time about allergies, sensitivities or products you prefer us not to use.
Can I get a one-time clean?
One-time cleans may be available, but they are full price and do not include the recurring-plan discount. Most clients get better long-term value by starting with the deep-clean reset and choosing weekly, biweekly or monthly service.
What is the satisfaction guarantee?
Tell us within 24 hours if something was missed. We will make it right. Clear communication and consistent recurring service are the standard.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible and we will help move or skip the visit. Your recurring spot stays easier to protect when changes are made with advance notice.
